GENERAL

We operate on a first-pay, first-served basis. Reservations require a RM100 non-refundable deposit and are valid for 1 week.

Delivery & Shipping:

- Ready-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.

- Lalamove is available upon request, with all delivery fees covered by the customer.

Self-Collection:

- Self-collection is available by appointment. Please contact us in advance to arrange your collection date, time and location.

Warranty:

-A 48-hour warranty is provided for major functional issues from the date of receipt. A clear unboxing video is required for shipped orders.

-All issues must be reported within the warranty period.

Does not cover:

- Accidental damages

- Cosmetic imperfections

- Any defects already mentioned before purchasing

Condition:

- Minor scratches, dents, paint peeling and other signs of wear may be present due to age.

- Prominent defects will be highlighted in the listing. 

- Photos/videos of the camera are available upon request. DM us before shipment to ensure you’re satisfied with its condition.

Accessories:

- Accessories are provided free of charge. You may also prepare your own for better performance and long-term use.

- SD Card, Battery, Universal Charger, and USB Card Reader are included.
